Peptide Safety Card

A preview drawn from Peptide Fundamentals. The complete card is included free with every course enrolment.

The Fast-Fail matrix

When to stop all stacking

  • CGM unstable
  • IGF-1 elevated
  • Estradiol off-range
  • Ferritin <30 or >300
  • CK persistently elevated

The rule: one failure, correct it first. Two or more, stacking is predictably unsafe. Stop immediately.

Golden rules

  1. One metabolic lever at a time
  2. Correct labs before escalation

Contraindications example: GH-axis peptides

Tesamorelin · CJC-1295 · Ipamorelin · hCG

  • Active malignancy or any cancer history
  • Hormone-sensitive cancers (hCG)
  • Pregnancy: Tesamorelin is Category X

Core safety lab: IGF-1

Required before any GH secretagogue. Elevated baseline means an absolute stop.

WADA / USADA athletes

TB-500 and MOTS-C are on the WADA Prohibited List. This flag is applied throughout the full course.
